Standardized Quality Control

As an associate member of NTSA.org technical committee, Christian Eid is an expert in the tile and stone industry. The goal is to provide the end user the tools and understanding of stone and it’s uses and limitations. The key to a successful stone installation is selecting the proper material for its intended use.
I follow the technical specifications as laid out by the construction documents in accordance with the architects’ specifications; and as set forth by the industries governing bodies. Such as the M.I.A. (Marble Institute of America), and TCNA (Tile Council of North America).
Natural stone products are also subject to testing by the ASTM (American Society of Testing Materials) which will also establish the minimum requirements of selected materials for the intended use. This information will aid the project engineer in determining the proper materials and installation methods.
